Network systems will be monitored 24x7 in order to
identify risks before they become issues which could interrupt your
business operations. Servers, email systems, data backups, internet
access and overall network stability will be monitored by a systems
engineer to ensure the network is functioning properly. In the event
that a critical issue arises, the necessary steps will be immediately
taken to resolve matters as quickly as possible.
Typically any server may generate between 10 and 20 alerts per day per
server. Under the watch of our engineers the alerts are analyzed and
intelligently escalated as needed. The alert analysis is performed using
remote diagnostic software permitting the engineers to get sufficient
diagnostic information to process alerts being received.
